3 Reasons you should have an email course on your website

Would anybody you know get value from this?

Call to actions on websites are changing.
I don’t know if you’ve been noticing the trend but I have.

It used to be that white papers or resource docs where the hottest way to collect email addresses. But lately I’ve noticed email courses trending and personally feel like it’s the best way (when possible) to collect email addresses, for several reasons.

People want to see your name in their inbox

If you write good emails on a sticky topic people are going to want to read your emails. When that 5th email comes across they’re likely still interested if you leave the most interesting parts for last.

This helps you long term. (couple of different reasons)

#1 – You can lengthen the auto responder and put in other promotional or beneficial emails past the email course

#2 – When you send newsletter or other emails to your list your open rates go up.

Easier for the user to consume

It’s in their inbox. They don’t have to download or go out of their way to read it. Your content is more likely to get consumed than any other way. (it sounds good to, doesn’t it?)

Not a big commitment (easy sale)

Sometimes thinking about downloading and opening up a pdf of document can be a “bigger” commitment than an email course. I know this sounds ridiculous but sometimes the thing that will get the opt-in is the most appealing and the “least resistance”

Would anybody you know get value from this?
